Heather Mounts

Hello Wranglers! I am the proud principal of Del Webb Middle School. I started in this position in August of 2021 and am so grateful to join this community. We have an outstanding team of educators dedicated to going One Step Further in their work with students and families. I am a parent of four CCSD elementary school students, and I bring many years of middle school experience to the leadership team. I am originally from Michigan and moved to Las Vegas in 2006. I worked as a math and science teacher, learning strategist, dean, and assistant principal in the same school for 15 years.  I look forward to our journey together.

Matty Adrianzen

I am ecstatic to have joined the Del Webb Middle School Administrative Team in the 2021-2022 school year. I am originally from Miami, Florida and have lived in Las Vegas since 2005. Over the years, I have served CCSD as a resource math teacher. a special education instructional facilitator, a dean of students and currently as an assistant principal. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Western Governors University and earned a Master's Degree in Urban Leadership through the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. I am passionate about learning and serving Del Webb students, staff, and community. Go Wranglers!

Jennifer Mattox

I am beyond excited to be a part of the Wrangler Family! I have been in education for 15 years, 8 years as a High School Biology teacher and 7 years as a school administrator. I’ve lived in Las Vegas since I was 3 years old and am a proud graduate of CCSD and UNLV. I am married to my High School Sweetheart and we have an amazing 10 year old son together. I look forward to making this school year the best it can be!

Shirley Franck-Sase

I am thrilled to be joining the Del Webb school community. My journey in education began in 2001  in the South Bronx, New York City. I have held various roles including Teacher, Student Achievement Leader, Learning Strategist, and Dean of Students. I also enjoy spending quality time with my blended family, which includes four wonderful children and three beloved pets. 

I am looking forward to working with the Del Webb community to ensure an enriching  and successful middle school experience.
