• You must have a 2.0 GPA and have passed four classes the preceding semester

Uniforms will be provided (Jersey’s) only

• Socks, sweatshirts, and t-shirts must be purchased by the student.
• Fundraisers will be available to help with extra cost.
• More information will be provided as uniforms get designed.

Aktivate:

• Proof of Insurance, etc.
• You are not cleared to tryout until this is complete.
• Students are required to fill out and turn in all CCSD required paperwork to participate. (Proof of insurance and a sports physical must be completed in order to attend tryouts).
• All CCSD athletes must complete the Aktivate paperwork. Please turn in all completed paperwork to the Del Webb Assistant Principal in charge of athletics once it is entirely filled out. Thank you!
