Vicki Mellos is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a proud alumni of DePaul University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree and her Masters Degree in Education. She also holds a Master of Education Degree in Administration and Supervision from National Louis University. Ms. Mellos taught English Language Arts and U.S. History at Skinner West Classical, Fine Arts, & Technology School in Chicago, Illinois. Throughout her tenure at Skinner West, she earned her certification in teaching gifted students, earned a fellowship grant at the University of Chicago, and was a National Blue Ribbon Teacher. Ms. Mellos is enjoying Nevada and is excited to work with the Del Webb family. She lives an active lifestyle and also enjoys literature--which probably makes sense given what she does for a living. She roots for her family, her students, the Cubbies, and the universe.
