Location: Del Webb Gymnasium
Students interested in participating in sports this year will need to have a sport physical and complete their registration on Aktivate before they will be allowed to participate in team tryouts. Parents will need to visit https://www.aktivate.com to complete their student's registration.
Sports Physical Events
Sports physicals are available to CCSD students at no cost. They are on a first-come, first-served basis, and students must have a parent/guardian present. Locations and times will be announced soon.
