The Del Webb SOT comprises four parents, two licensed teachers, one support staff member, the principal, and a student representative. The SOT works with school leaders to use data to inform school planning, provide input on the strategic budget, and support the climate and culture at Del Webb. The SOT meets monthly and strives to work collaboratively to reach a consensus about decisions made with the whole school population in mind.

Parents interested in participating in the SOT should attend a special meeting of the Del Webb PTO to participate in the nomination and election process. The Del Webb PTO will host the election following the nomination of candidates. The PTO will share information on the organization's website (www.delwebbpto.org), and the school administration will share information via the Weekly Wrangler Roundup.
