Tryouts

Aktivate:

• Upload Yearly Physical
• Proof of Insurance, etc.
• You are not cleared to tryout until this is complete.
• Students are required to fill out and turn in all CCSD required paperwork to participate. (Proof of insurance and a sports physical must be completed in order to attend tryouts).
• All CCSD athletes must complete the Aktivate paperwork. Please turn in all completed paperwork to the Del Webb Assistant Principal in charge of athletics once it is entirely filled out. Thank you!

There are several places that will do sports physicals without an appointment. A list of places that do sports physicals without an appointment will be listed below: 

CareNow Urgent Care- Eastern & Horizon Ridge (Cost is $25)

Academics

• You must have a 2.0 GPA and have passed four classes the preceding semester. 

Player Needs

• Shin Guards
• Cleats (rubber only)
• Water bottle
• Ball (each player will have their own ball size 5, not mandatory)
• NO metal cleats or tips
• NO Football cleats
• NO jewelry allowed

Uniforms will be provided. 

Fee $200 Pay the banker after you make the team due March 1st, 2024
