Ms. O'Mahar was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She moved to Las Vegas before second grade, attended Burkholder Junior High, and graduated from Basic High School. Ms. O'Mahar received her Bachelor of Science in Education from UNLV, and her Masters of Education from Lesley University. Ms. O'Mahar has been working for the CCSD since 1999 and enjoys teaching at Del Webb Middle School. In her spare time Ms. O'Mahar likes to spend time with her family and dogs, and she likes to read.
