Ms. Battle is very excited to be teaching U.S. History at Del Webb Middle School!  She was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, where she earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. After working for several years in the criminal justice field, Ms. Battle earned her M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Cedar Crest College, in Allentown, PA. During her free time, Ms. Battle enjoys listening to music, volunteering, going to the movies, reading historical fiction, and playing with her dog, Rusti.
