Ms. Ahammer's life journey began in Bavaria, Germany. She grew up with her father who was in the Air Force for over twenty years and spent many years living overseas. With her two children, she moved to Las Vegas on December 25, 1987. After completing a BS in Education, she began teaching with CCSD in August, 1998. While teaching, she earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy.
