Susan Zell teaches 6th grade ELA and feels fortunate to be part of the Del Webb community. Ms. Zell moved to Henderson from Huntington Beach, California. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Long Beach and her Master’s Degree in Education from Nova University. In her free time, Ms. Zell enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, and visiting friends at the beach. Having raised three children, she understands the challenges that face middle school students. Ms. Zell is committed to helping her students learn in a safe and respectful environment where they can take chances and explore new ideas. She hopes her students will become independent readers and realize how important reading is for a successful future.
